Registration Cost: $250 per person; $100 Guest/Spouse Meal Ticket (includes one-day guest and spouse program itinerary shown below.)
Cancellation Policy
To be eligible for a partial refund, all cancellation requests for refunds must be made in writing to the Kansas Association of Counties Office by Tuesday, June 1, 2021. Upon receipt of written notice, a refund will be processed, less a $25 cancellation processing fee.

Group Rate: $89 - $109 per night
Hampton Inn and Suites, 508 Hotel Drive. Liberal, KS 67901 l (620) 604-0699
Group Rate: $99 per night
To receive the KCCA group rate at either of the two hotels listed above, you need to make your room reservations by Tuesday, June 1, 2021.
